At Cinécraft, we design and develop nationally recognized custom learning solutions to support the performance goals of our clients. Since opening our doors in 1939, we've worked on thousands of projects in virtually every industry imaginable. In many cases, this has made us not just experts at what we do, but experts at what our clients do.
With every project we strive to create an experience that brings the learner as close to the behavior or skill to be learned. We believe this is the only way to see measurable results. Because this is our mission we have created 7 better learning principles that all learning must be measured by:
1. Authentic – Create learning experiences that are as close to real-life as possible.
2. Timely – Provide learners with content as close to when they need it as possible.
3. Efficient – Learning should take as little of the learners' time as possible.
4. Relevant – The only content that should be given to learners is content that helps them to do their jobs better.
5. Engaging–Create learning that activates learners' curiosity rather than providing meaningless clicks.
6. Fun – Use creativity and outside the box thinking to create fun for the learner. Sometimes it is story and sometimes it is games, but making fun will entice learners to dive in, stay in and come back again.
7. Accessible – All learners in the target audience should be able to experience learning anywhere, from any device, without obstacles.
The deliverables we develop include e-Learning, video, instructor-led training, virtual instructor-led training booster training, simulations, games and performance support tools. Our e-Learning authoring tools include HTML5, Captivate, Articulate Storyline and Lectora.
We are proud to be on Training Industry's Top 20 Content Development Companies to Watch List from 2015-2018 and eLearning Industry's Noteworthy Companies for 2018.
Cinécraft began creating eLearning in the mid 90’s when the industry was in its infancy, training hospital staff on health and safety procedures. Today, custom eLearning, mLearning, Gamification and development of microcourses is a major reason for our growth nationally.
With every project we strive to create an experience that brings the learner as close to the behavior or skill to be learned. We believe this is the only way to see sustainable measurable results. Usually that means practicing a skill or behavior on-the-job or in a role-play. But, when that is not feasible, we do it through immersive simulations online.
We try to create the most efficient, effective and enjoyable learning experience with every project. Usually this is done through simulations packaged as microcourses or micro-learning objectis. However, often the strategy must contain a blended approach. Cinécraft’s Instructional Designers specialize in designing blended learn...
