The Online OD Certification Program (ODCP) is designed to help participants gain the practical skills needed to advance in the field of Organization Development. Participants earn the distinction as an Organization Development Certified Professional (ODCP) and also qualify for 24 HRCI recertification credits.
The OD Certification Program (ODCP) is offered 100% online, over the course of 8 months, meeting for 3 hours each month. Each session provides participants with tools, guidelines and interactive activities to practice OD. IOD’s experienced facilitators lead each session and provide coaching in between sessions. Participants complete assignments and case studies to practice the skills learned during each session. A final exam is provided at the end of the program to complete the certification process.
The Talent Management Certification Program (TMCP) is for those seeking to advance their professional skills in the field of Talent Management. Participants earn the distinction as a Talent Management Certified Professional (TMCP) and also qualify for 24 HRCI recertification credits.
The online Talent Management Certified Professional (TMCP) provides participants with the skills, knowledge, best practices, tools, and resources needed to design and implement a Talent Management Strategy that is aligned to the business strategy. Using an OD approach, you will learn how to create the strategy and implementation plan, as well as design each of the talent management components to meet your organization's needs.

This online Leadership Development Certification Program (LDCP) is for those interested in advancing in the field of OD as a Leadership Development Professional. Participants earn the distinction as a Leadership Development Certified Professional (LDCP) and also qualify for 24 HRCI recertification credits.
Participants learn how to create an aligned Leadership Development Strategy using an OD approach. Participants partner with senior leaders to gain their buy-in and support and help them identify a leadership development framework that is tied to the business strategy.
