Gina Richter has more than 20 years of experience consulting, designing, and developing effective and instructionally efficient learning experiences. These experiences include the use of curation, learning ecosystems, a 70-20-10 structure, collaborative learning experiences, and blended, virtual, and self-paced asynchronous e-learning within corporate settings. Her experience also extends into academia, where she has designed, developed, and delivered bachelor’s, master's, and doctoral courses for several academic institutions. Within both of these arenas, her instruction is student-centered and cutting edge through the incorporation of new technologies that facilitate instructional strategies specific to the audience, content, and infrastructure.

Patrick Osborne is the head of learning design and infrastructure and AVP manager of learning at OppenheimerFunds. During Patrick’s more than 20 years of experience in the industry, he has implemented successful learning initiatives targeting mobile and social learning, ethics, organizational culture, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) licensure, financial services industry and investment product knowledge, regulatory compliance, and enterprise risk management.


Caroline Soares

Director, Content Services, Degreed

Caroline Soares has been actively involved in the corporate learning market and responsible for new product and content development for more than 20 years in the education industry in corporate and academic settings. She currently leads Degreed’s enterprise content team, a group focused on professional content services, strategy, and development of targeted solutions for clients’ top learning initiatives. Caroline joined Degreed from MIT, where she led a team to develop the first batch of massively open online courses (MOOCs) on edX.org. Prior to MIT, her career highlights included being part of Harvard Business Publishing’s corporate learning product development team, where she worked closely with Fortune 500 clients to develop large-scale leadership solutions.


Pam Prosser
Pam Prosser

Employee Learning & Development Manager, Harley-Davidson Motor Company

Pam Prosser is the manager of employee learning and development at Harley-Davidson. She led the implementation of Degreed this summer, which culminated in a successful launch to nearly 10,000 users. She is excited about helping the L&D team and users utilize the many benefits Degreed offers. Pam has strong experience in operations and uses this to drive various L&D projects to positive outcomes. Pam also teaches in-class and online finance classes for the University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee.
