Katie Johnson has over 15 years of progressive Human Capital experience working with Fortune 500, non-profit, and privately owned companies. Her experience spans several areas with the Human Capital field including: talent acquisition, organizational effectiveness, learning and leadership development, HR technology, diversity and inclusion, employer branding and communications, and change management.

Prior to joining OpenSesame, Katie served as a Director of Client Solutions at a consulting firm as well as a Global Learning and Development leader at Qurate Retail Group. She was responsible for partnering with clients, both internal and external, to design and implement strategic talent management processes that capitalized on human capital effectiveness resulting in better organizational performance.
