Alan Carrig is a Certified Professional in Talent Development serving as a Learning Architect at Lake Trust Credit Union in Michigan. Lake Trust Credit Union serves more than 170,000 members across the state of Michigan. In his role, Alan focuses on designing programs and learning interventions that enable organizational leaders to create strong working relationships and maximize results.

Prior to Lake Trust, Alan spent over a decade with Domino's Pizza, LLC in a multitude of roles supporting the learning and development needs of the organization. His experience with Domino's spans work on onboarding programs, contact center training and quality assurance, operations training, leadership development programs, entrepreneurial training, e-learning strategies and design, and global change management initiatives.
