Taken from the ATD Trainer's Workshop series, this Leadership Training webcast offers practical, ready-to-use programs that allow users to quickly create half-day, full-day, and multi-day workshops. Learn how to integrate 10 key leadership competencies to create leadership training programs that get results.

This program is designed for all levels of leaders, from executives to middle managers to project managers. The tools provided can also be used to develop high-potential, next-generation leaders.

Training programs are designed to be experiential, minimizing emphasis on lecture and focusing on shaping participant attitudes. In this webcast, Lou focuses on giving individual learners support through discussion and participant reflection.
