For nearly two decades, Jaci Devine, PhD, has been helping organizations understand their data and reach their partners with their unique perspective. As both a writer and researcher, Jaci is passionate about the written word and understands how to harness that power into measurable results.

Jaci specializes in strategic communication and research and measurement within organizations of all sizes. With a MA in teaching, a PhD in intercultural communication, and published work in both the fields of communication and adult learning, Jaci’s approach blends culture and communication through the lens of an educator.

Gabe Taylor brings a lens of creativity and empathy to his work as an exceptional project manager, leading some of Nova’s most complex and high-volume training programs. With a background in SaaS customer success, higher education, and theatre production, Gabe has honed his skills as a resourceful problem solver in a variety of industries. His ability to balance care and agility ensures that Nova’s learning programs are delivered on time, within budget, and with excellence. Gabe is instrumental in providing the structures that support successful project rollouts and smooth implementation.
