Regina is a learning manager with 16 years of experience in adult education and instructional design and 25 years in the field of home healthcare. Currently she manages the instructional design and technology function at LHC Group, one of the nation’s top providers of home health care services. She has participated in the implementation of six learning management systems and was project lead for the implementation of Saba Cloud in 2016. Currently Regina manages a team of instructional designers and LMS support staff.
With over 15 years in the learning and talent technologies space, Young’s passion is enabling others to grow and make the most of their gifts and talents. In his role as a Partner at The Educe Group, Young leads the Healthcare Talent Management practice and serves as a Senior Advisor and Engagement Manager to leading healthcare organizations and other complex and global clients. Within Educe he is responsible for driving internal development, onboarding, and training initiatives for the consulting staff. Young has also served in leadership positions for several community and faith-based organizations, including as a board member of The Addis Clinic, which works to connect doctors in the U.S. to patients around the world using telemedicine. Young holds a Sc.B. degree in Symbolic Systems from Stanford University and an M.Ed. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
