Many companies have made headlines over the past several years for their efforts to discuss or mitigate unconscious bias via learning. Unfortunately, the assumption persists—inside and outside the L&D profession—that these types of training don’t work, when, in fact, they can be tremendously effective if done well. In this webcast, hear from Mike Rognlien, one of the builders of Facebook’s Managing Unconscious Bias training (managingbias.fb.com) about best practices for building the business case for bias training, developing and delivering compelling content, and the work needed outside of the training program itself to prepare the culture of your organization to embrace it practically.
