As the Executive Vice President of GP Strategies' Global Workforce Excellence practice, Don Duquette is responsible for leading organizations in designing, implementing, operating and supporting their talent management and workforce strategies, enabling them to gain greater competitive edge in their markets. His more than 30 years of international consulting experience includes the full spectrum of learning such as blended learning, learning strategies, and corporate training governance. Don holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Johns Hopkins University and an Executive MBA from Loyola College. As a recognized authority on learning and corporate training strategies, Don is a frequent presenter at industry conferences and a three-time Brandon Hall Excellence in Learning judge.
