Rob Hughes has over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing management with technology companies. Prior to joining Panopto, Hughes was Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Support and Chief Revenue Officer at Vidyo, where he was responsible for building the company’s successful sales and channel strategy from inception, resulting in significant revenue and company growth. Before that, Hughes was Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Support for Lifesize Communications, where he also developed the company’s sales strategy and built a worldwide sales team and distribution network. He has held senior sales management positions at Polycom and Radvision.

Hughes has a BS in Communications from Northwestern University and an MBA in Marketing from Loyola University Chicago’s Quinlan School of Business.
