Dr. Laura Reza is the Performance Development Manager in the Center for Learning Excellence at University Health System(UHS). UHS is a six-time ATD Best award winner and three-time Learning Elite award winner. Her area of responsibilities include UHS’s onboarding program, leadership development and eLearning. She has more than 18 years of learning and development experience. She has worked in K-12, higher education and healthcare. She teaches Intro to Education online. She holds an Education Doctorate from the University of Texas at El Paso.
