Caroline Soares has been actively involved in the corporate learning market and responsible for new product and content development with over 20 years experience in the education industry in corporate and academic settings. She currently leads Degreed’s Enterprise Content team, a group focused on professional content services, strategy, and development of targeted solutions for clients’ top learning initiatives. Caroline joined Degreed from MIT where she led a team to develop the first batch of MOOCs on edX.org. Prior to MIT, career highlights include being part of Harvard Business Publishing’s Corporate Learning product development team – where she worked closely with Fortune 500 clients to develop large-scale leadership solutions.
