Bhim Kaul began his career as an analyst with a leading bank. He then started at Adobe Systems as a product consultant, supporting its worldwide sales and consulting endeavors for e-learning and technical communication. For the last three years, Bhim has been building and managing a learning and development unit within Amazon.com called Seller University, which strives to provide learning assets and programs to help sellers excel within their businesses on Amazon. He has had the privilege of presenting at various learning and design conferences and enjoys promoting the concept of video in learning.
