Susie M. Lee is the SVP of Global Business Solutions at Degreed, responsible for leading the business, product & technical consulting team, sales enablement and also working strategic partnerships to advise Enterprise clients with transformational thought leadership, strategic planning, design and best practices on go to market strategies for both our direct and channel business. Prior to joining Degreed, Susie was the SVP of the Global L&D Technology Product Management & Implementation team at Bank of America, where she successfully led the launch of Degreed enterprise wide, globally. Shortly after, she joined Degreed to build the Client Experience team and developed the approach and methodology to launching Degreed for clients. Susie has demonstrated 20 years plus success in various leadership roles in human resources, financial services, retail, loyalty marketing and technology industry at companies such as Lombard Insurance/Fairfax Holding Company and LoyaltyOne Airmiles. Susie resides in Ottawa Canada, but worked internationally in the US and Asia.
