Noel Zykowski, APTD, is the Manager, Global Training & Education for WorkForceSoftware. In this role she has the opportunity to work with partners, customers and business leaders to create dynamic learning opportunities. Prior to joining WorkForceSoftware, Noel was a training consultant for Thomson Reuters.

Noel is the VP Finance for the ATD Chapter in Ann Arbor.  She holds the Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) certification and is currently a candidate for the Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) credential.
