Bob Anderson, M.Ed (Harvard University) is a United States Army combat veteran, collegiate two sports hall-of-fame athlete, former high school principal and a bi-lingual presenter, instructor and certified assessor on the assessment and skill development of emotional intelligence. Bob’s recent events include training the instructors and team leaders at the United States Naval Warfare Center in Coronado, CA, delivering half-day leader development workshops to area CEOs in Ottawa, Toronto, Boston, Seattle and Lima,-Peru, working with leader teams from ATI, ASB, Abbott Laboratories (Chicago, Dublin and Singapore) along with delivering keynotes at a myriad of colleges and universities nation wide (USA). His teams at Leading Challenges, LLC and 1Hero Sports, LLC have assessed and conducted skill development training with over twenty thousand leaders-to be and over eight thousand C-suite leaders. Each year Bob presents to the seniors at the United States Military Academy, the coaches and student-athletes from numerous college, olympic and professional sports.
Bob has presented his case for using the skills of emotional intelligence to develop leaders, build communities and strengthen families on six of the seven continents with events in Sydney, Australia and Lima, Peru his recent non-North American events. When not traveling for work Bob serves as a local youth sports coach, volunteers for a myriad of national and international charities, enjoys the local mountains and continues to learn new sports and musical instruments. He is married to Heather Anderson (as seen in slide #1) and is blessed with two active teenagers Sierra and Camden.
