Tony is a former Army officer and experienced corporate executive who worked for companies like PepsiCo and Aramark. Tony gained extensive healthcare experience working for Aramark which provides managed services to the healthcare industry. He also consults regularly with world-class healthcare organizations on performance improvement and leadership. He has authored two books on leadership and performance improvement and has been quoted, published, or featured in over 50 media outlets to include US News and World Report, Chief Learning Officer Magazine, Training Magazine, HR Executive Magazine, Fox News, and CBS Marketwatch, among many others. He is a frequent speaker at national and international conferences. He is passionate about enabling healthcare leaders to change and thrive in the turbulent healthcare environment.

Tony is a faculty member at Temple University where he is also the Academic Director of Leadership Development. He teaches leadership and team development to many healthcare students and healthcare professionals, including world-class physicians and administrators, where they are working together to bring about transformational change to healthcare. An entrepreneur since 2005, Tony has built and sold businesses and is currently CEO of The Leadership Analytics Group LLC, which has developed the real-time feedback and goals app called DevelapMe. DevelapMe enables organizations to drive individual and organizational performance through real-time feedback by focusing feedback on critical organizational sales and profit levers.
