Katherine Murphy brings over 10 years of experience in the learning and talent industry to her role as Industry Principal at Skillsoft. Before joining Skillsoft, she held the position of Talent Development leader with responsibilities for the strategic design and delivery of an online corporate university and multiple enterprise-wide leadership development programs.

Katherine holds a Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven, is recognized as an Everything DiSC Trainer, and earned her Designing Learning Certification through the Association for Talent Development (ATD). She resides in Georgia with her husband and daughter.
