Shawn leads the Professional Services team at Psychometrics Canada, where he works closely with HR professionals to recognize and assess the potential that people bring to the workplace, and help them realize their potential as leaders, team members and individual contributors. Shawn is the co-author of a number of psychometric assessments and conducts research into employee engagement, leadership development and conflict resolution.
