Gene Cai joined ATD as their China director in July 2015. He is in charge of overall operations and management for the China market. Before he joined ATD, he gained 15 years of experience in sales and marketing. During that time, he helped former employers improve their customer relationship management systems, built up their solution-selling models, developed and led internal sales training programs, established strategic partnerships with universities, and more.
