Elena Abramov has spent her career helping organizations build ethical learning cultures. After attending Loyola Law School, Elena worked for one of the early legal compliance organizations helping Fortune 500 companies structure some of the first online legal compliance programs to help build ethical cultures. Elena quickly realized that compliance was only the beginning to building learning cultures and engaging employees, so she expanded her focus. Over the last decade, Elena has worked with thousands of organizations of all sizes such as American Express, Airbus, Nestle, TriNet, Boys & Girl's Club of America among a few, helping them structure engaging learning programs by combining libraries from dozens of different content providers to meet their specific needs.
