Tracey Taylor brings 20 years of learning & development experience to her role as a Customer Success Manager at Skillsoft. Tracey started her career as a classroom software trainer where she expanded into management and learning consulting. During her prior roles and while running her own consulting agency she worked on enterprise-wide learning programs in Operations & Leadership. Tracey’s experience & interest in marketing enabled her to work with customers to successfully analyze, design, & implement highly successful learning campaigns, this experience serves her very well while working with her Skillsoft customers! She resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with her husband, four daughters and the family’s Golden Retriever.
