Tanya Sheehan is a qualified psychologist and a member of the Division of Work and Organisational Psychology and Coaching Psychology Group within the Psychological Society of Ireland. As a certified trainer, accredited coach and facilitator, she works in public and private sector across technology, pharmaceutical and finance industries delivering individual coaching, leadership and team development programmes.
She is a certified practitioner in instruments including the EQ-i 2.0, EQ360, 16PF, Change Style Indicator, Change Navigator, Influence Style Indicator, Decision Style Profile, Discovery Leadership Profile, Paper Planes, Press Time and DISC. Tanya has guest lectured on the M.B.A. Programme at the National College of Ireland and the Diploma in Organisational Change and Development at the Irish Management Institute.
Her qualifications include M.Sc. (Work and Organisational Psychology) from University of Limerick, B.A. (Psychology) from University College Dublin, Adv. Dip. (Personal, Leadership & Executive Coaching) and BPS Certificates in Occupational Testing: Test User Ability and Test User Personality.
