Sharon has over 35 years of business experience in a wide variety of industries with a focus on business operations, training, marketing and sales, and membership development. She has been in her current role at Training Solutions, Inc. since 1999.  (Training Solutions was started by Michael Ferraro and Sharon Ferraro in 1995.)  In 2010, her daughter (17 years old at the time) was diagnosed with cancer; and the family formed the Bite Me Cancer foundation that year because it was her daughter's strong desire to make a positive difference for teen cancer survivors and cancer research.

Her previous positions include: Vice President of Membership, Information Central and Management Information Systems at Personal Communications Industry Association; Director of Membership and Information Central at Building Service Contractors Association International; and Vice President of Pelican Productions. Sharon is deeply committed to her community service and business volunteer activities, and she is currently active with the following organizations:
