Lisa Rectenwald is a Product Manager with DDI. Anchored on research and DDI’s design principles, Lisa builds and manages a portfolio of high-impact leadership development content for middle managers. She is passionate about creating engaging and personalized learning experiences, most recently integrating personality insights with development courses for mid-level leaders. Lisa is currently working with DDI’s R&D team to design and test innovative solutions to ensure middle managers get the development and recognition they deserve.
