Arezoo Riahi is Autodesk’s first Diversity & Inclusion Strategic Business Partner. She works with different business units and sites on the development of their diversity strategic plans, as well as lead internal initiatives designed to create an inclusive culture. Driving diversity and inclusion at all levels of the organization, Arezoo pushes boundaries and cultivates cultural norms which celebrate collaboration and a sense of belonging.

Arezoo launched the Autodesk’s company-wide mentorship program open to all employees and powered by Chronus’ mentoring software platform. She continues to fuel the adoption and engagement in the mentorship program, transforming the culture of mentorship across the global organization.
