Pat Golden is currently Senior Director of Employee Education at Deltek. Pat has a passion for all things “learning” and “technology,” and she has more than 20 years of experience envisioning and designing learning strategies that are innovative, creative, reusable, and sustainable. Her experience includes working for government, higher education, Fortune 500 financial services, and management consulting firms. She holds a Master’s Degree in Education (M.Ed.) from George Mason University.
