Cathy Schaefer leads a team that designs and delivers strategies to support the organization’s 21,000 employees from their initial pre-boarding and onboarding experiences to a variety of development activities throughout the employee life cycle. Her teams also implement, administer and optimize the systems that support recruiting, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and learning management across the organization.

Cathy holds a BBA in Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin and an MA in Human Resource Management from University of Houston-Clear Lake. She earned her PHR in 2001 and her CPLP in 2013.
