Leslie Weigle is a Principal Consultant in the Caregiver Development function of one of the largest health systems in the country, Providence St Joseph Health. Currently focused on performance management and career development, she draws on over 25 years of learning and organizational development experience in a variety of industries, to include financial services, public accounting, retail and construction and engineering.

Leslie has led a number of learning organizations over the years and started two departments from the ground up. Having spent much of her career focused on leaders, she is enjoying her current role serving caregivers on the front lines of patient care.
