Dr. Carl Bryant is the Deputy Director of for the VA’s Human Capital Services Center (HCSC)). In this role, he is responsible for supporting the VA’s Chief Learning Officer (CLO) in the creation and deployment the Talent Management programs and services for the entire VA Dr. Bryant is a former Air Force Officer who served as a Tenured, Associate Professor at the U.S. Air Force Academy. During his tenure at the Academy, Dr. Bryant co-authored a leadership development approach that has been used by over 100,000 leaders throughout the United States.

Prior to joining the VA, he served as a Senior Partner, at Korn Ferry International, where he consulted with executives of Fortune 100 companies and senior leaders across the Federal Sector. Dr. Bryant holds Doctorate from the University of Maryland at College Park; a Master’s Degree from the University of North Dakota and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
