Juan is a seasoned education technology consultant for mobile, SaaS, and on-premise software solutions, analyzing business problems and offering strategies and tools to solve them. He has supported learning goals for Blackboard customers and student success goals for Hobsons’ customers.

Currently, Juan serves as an expert and evangelist on using NovoEd platform capabilities and technology to create high-impact learning experiences. He enjoys learning about his customers’ constituents, systems, processes, metrics, and desired outcomes. In order to recommend the best possible solution, he works to understand use cases, demonstrates platform capabilities, and answers questions from a course design or technical perspective. Winning with his partners is ultimately what drives him. Juan is a graduate of UCLA with a BA in Communications and Chicana/o Studies. He enjoys snowboarding, live music, beaches, and spending time with his family.
