Stephanie Lambers is the Senior Manager of Global Leadership Development at Cox Automotive. Stephanie’s main focuses include: The OnRamp Program (Millennial Talent Development), Leadership Development and Mentor Marketplace for Cox Automotive. Stephanie works with our team to develop new workforce solutions and utilize technology to keep development programming fresh, interactive and accessible, ensuring Cox prepares people for future roles. Prior to her current role, Stephanie was a Senior Trainer of Initiatives where she led many projects for the Auto Trader and Kelley Blue Book Sales and Leadership Teams.

Before Cox Automotive, Stephanie worked as a Human Resource and Training Consultant with Atwell-Hicks, a Civil Engineering Company. In this role, she led company-wide training initiatives in over eight locations across the US and created a 4-Tiered Leadership Development Program from concept to completion. Stephanie brings more than 18 years of Training and Leadership Development experience to the table. Stephanie graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and earned her Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University. She is an active member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and has certifications from Dale Carnegie, Franklin Covey, and more.
