Lori Weyant is a senior global leadership consultant at DDI, the premier global leadership consulting firm that helps organizations hire, develop, and promote exceptional leaders. Her main focus includes the use of business strategies to define leadership development strategies for global organizations in a variety of industries. Prior to joining DDI, Weyant spent 15 years in the leadership development space, which included senior positions in the telecommunications, retail, and academic fields with a focus on growth and transformation for leaders.
