Andy Molinsky is a tenured professor of organizational behavior and international management at Brandeis University. He earned his doctorate in organizational behavior and a master of arts in psychology from Harvard University. He is the award-winning author of two books: Global Dexterity (Harvard Business Review Press, 2013) and Reach (Penguin Random House, 2017). He’s a regular columnist for Forbes and Harvard Business Review and was chosen as a Top Voice in Education on LinkedIn and as one of Marshall Goldsmith’s Top 50 World Leaders in Coaching. Molinsky consults and lectures widely to corporate audiences and is the developer of the Reach method—a high-impact, virtual leadership development program based on his book Reach designed to help individuals and teams step outside their comfort zones to reach their potential.
