Christine is accountable working with business leaders and HR partners across the enterprise to establish and advance a multi-year skills strategy that will help guide how we equip and mobilize employees to meet the challenges of today, support employees in actively developing and preparing for the future, and drive upskilling and reskilling priorities to support business needs.

During her career, Christine has moved between HR roles and Business roles, working across HR Program Delivery and Change Management, Personal Banking Branch Management, Payments Products and Partnerships, and Learning and Development. She holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Dalhousie University, specializing in Change, Strategy and Human Resources Management.
