Holly Burkett has more than 20 years’ experience helping public- and private-sector organizations improve the strategic impact of diverse talent development initiatives. She is passionate about developing resilient learning and performance capabilities that create sustainable value. Formerly with Apple, she is now principal of Evaluation Works, a performance consultancy in Davis, California.
Holly is the author of the forthcoming book Learning for the Long Run: 7 Practices for Sustaining a Resilient Learning Organization. Additionally, she wrote the “Change Agent” chapter in ATD’s Talent Management Handbook, and contributed to the HR Certification Institute’s (HRCI’s) The Rise of HR: Wisdom from 73 Thought Leaders. She is an accomplished talent builder, a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and a select item reviewer for the HRCI credentialing exams. Holly holds a doctorate in human capital development, along with a master’s in human resources and organizational development.
