Carrie Arnold, author of Silenced and Sidelined: How women leaders find their voices and break barriers serves as the program director for evidence based coaching at Fielding Graduate University.

She has over a decade of leadership coaching experience and 20 years’ experience working in healthcare, human resources, training, and organizational development. She has worked for multi-hospital systems in leadership positions and has consulted in various industries. As a coach, she has served within the federal government, all levels of education, healthcare, and private sectors working with over 300 individual and group clients. She works with emerging leaders and also coaches at the president, CFO, COO, CHRO, VP, physician, and superintendent level.
Dr. Arnold also operates her own consulting practice The Willow Group.
