Richard has worked as an internal survey expert for the Federal Aviation Administration and is now the Senior Director of Global Research at The Myers-Briggs Company (formerly CPP). His primary responsibilities at The Myers-Briggs Company involve the revision, development, and maintenance of normal personality assessments for use in organizational training and development around the globe.
Richard conducts research focused on the development of new insights for application in organizations driven by assessment results. His recent work in this area has focused developing approaches to measuring ROI, and in identifying relationships between personality type and employees working “virtually” in today’s organizations. Over the last few years, his research has focused on exercise, healthy lifestyles, and workplace well-being along with strategies for improving people’s well-being at work.
