Ian has well over 20 years in the L&D industry working a large variety of countries and cultures. Over the last 11 years at Insights, Ian has worked with clients in the arena of learning and business change, using the Insights portfolio crafted into innovative learning designs and learning applications to build individual, team and organisational capability.

Ian works with leaders and teams to enable dialogue and personal growth in challenging scenarios of change and organisation development. He enjoys working with colleagues and clients to co-create innovative and inspiring learning designs that clients can apply in developing the human skills required in adapting to change and in building a positive and effective organisational culture.
