Khristine’s passion for learning began in her years as a Director of Childcare and teaching second grade. Transitioning to the business environment, her main focus took her to a new level of learning while developing a leadership and an associate engagement program. As a former Senior Project Manager in charge of all vendor relationships for a large enterprise HCM organization, Khristine researched and compiled all of the assets in the L&D toolbox needed to support a 60K employee company. Khristine continues to be a learning enabler by guiding her enterprise level clients through the rigorous task of building and supplementing their core competency programs. Khristine holds a B.S. in Human Ecology from The Ohio State University.
