She has held various positions in the restaurant, hospitality, retail, and healthcare industries, and through many coaching engagements.
Erika graduated from Miami University of Ohio. She is a master corporate executive coach of the MEECO Leadership Institute, certified in Marshall Goldsmith’s Stakeholder Centered Coaching, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and she is a Gallup Strengths coach. A noted speaker on the topic of onboarding, Erika frequently delivers presentations at major conferences such as SHRM Talent Management, ATD TechKnowledge, HR Gulf Symposium, and HR Southwest.
