She has held leadership roles with large organizations including Riverside Methodist Hospital, a division of The Limited. She has held various positions in the restaurant, hospitality, retail, and healthcare industries, and through many coaching engagements.

Erika graduated from Miami University of Ohio. She is a master corporate executive coach of the MEECO Leadership Institute, certified in Marshall Goldsmith’s Stakeholder Centered Coaching, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and she is a Gallup Strengths coach. A noted speaker on the topic of onboarding, Erika frequently delivers presentations at major conferences such as SHRM Talent Management, ATD TechKnowledge, HR Gulf Symposium, and HR Southwest.
