Mandy Varley, PhD, BCC, MBA is a Behavioral Scientist at Torch. She holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior from Case Western Reserve University, an MBA from Lancaster University, and is also a Board Certified Executive coach. With her breadth of experience in executive coaching, assessment, and business metrics, Mandy is passionate about helping to translate the value of coaching to multiple parts of the business.
