As a Director of Training at TalentSmartEQ, Josh offers over 15 years of experience in emotional intelligence, leadership development, facilitation, diversity and inclusion, cultural competency and sensitivity, conflict resolution, and group collaboration for organizational effectiveness. He has worked with organizations across a wide range of industries to drive strategic learning initiatives.

In addition to his role as a Director of Training, Josh is also a facilitator of all TalentSmart’s training programs, and is he master certified to facilitate TalentSmart’s Mastering EQ Train-the-Trainer program. Josh guides learners to sharpen their communication skills, enhance collaboration, improve results, resolve conflict, and exercise effective, ethical, and sustainable leadership. Josh received his PhD ABD in Sociology from the New School for Social Research, his MS in Culture & Society from the London School of Economics & Political Science, and his BA in Communication Studies & Journalism from the University of Iowa.
