Fresia is passionate about bringing data to people problems, which she has advocated for in diverse settings from government agencies to startups. She joined Culture Amp in 2016, following the completion of her Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Now as the Lead Research People Scientist, she analyzes the data from all of Culture Amp’s customers to bust myths, find common patterns, and share those insights with the world.
