Jonathan is the Manager of Organizational Development for U.S. Security Associates, Inc. His career began in project development working for global, non-profit organizations. After completing his M.S. degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, he transitioned his career into roles with a more exclusive focus in learning and development. Since the beginning of his career with U.S. Security Associates, the organization has more than doubled in size and has transformed into a premier, industry-leading company. The learning and development opportunities gained through facilitating the accelerated organizational growth while maintaining the integrity and quality of the organization’s supporting infrastructure has been a hallmark journey leading to a variety of award-winning learning and development initiatives and programs.
