She leads the strategic design of learning and organizational processes and solutions which help Udemy achieve its mission of Improving Lives through Learning. Passionate about the future of learning, she experiments and learns fast about what can work in today’s hybrid context. She has worked in diverse company contexts, including global internal and external consulting roles, startups, and larger multinational companies.
