Stephen Baer is a Forbes.com thought leader, EdTech speaker, and Chief Creative Officer of ELB Learning. He has spent the past 20 years creating immersive training solutions to educate and activate audiences. Leveraging eLearning, game-based learning, interactive video, virtual reality, and many other solutions, Stephen is focused on finding the most effective ways to re-skill learners, change behaviors, and build cultures of continuous learning. Prior to joining ELB Learning, Stephen was Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of The Game Agency®, the creators of The Training Arcade®. Earlier in his career, Stephen was Director of Marketing at Atari Inc. Stephen received a B.A. from Oberlin College and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.
