Dr. Amy A. Titus is an executive advisor, Human Resources executive and entrepreneur who brings over 30 years of international human capital experience. She leads large-scale workforce transformations that optimize talent management processes in complex global businesses and public sector environments. Her work aligning talent and business strategies to build diverse, upskilled and engaged workforces of the future has resulted in improved organizational and employee performance. Before retiring as a Managing Director with Deloitte Consulting, she led the Public Sector Workforce Development market offering and held multiple other leadership positions. Before joining Deloitte, in her various global senior leadership roles at BearingPoint and Citigroup, she spanned the full range of talent and human resource functions. Prior to that, she founded and led a management consulting firm that had offices in Washington, DC, Geneva, Switzerland and Cairo, Egypt and served clients in over 20 countries. Noted for her impactful work and thought leadership, she has won numerous awards and is a sought-after presenter and writer. She is on the International Advisory Council of the United States Institute of Peace as well as the boards of College Bound, Friends of the National Arboretum and Citizen Association of Georgetown. Dr. Titus holds the International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification and a Doctorate in Adult Education from Teachers College, Columbia University.
